Socialbots destined to alter networking landscape

While we are ever more engaging with social media how soon before we are at the whim of automated socialbots. While we think we are taking part in a stream of human interactions online, who will soon be influencing our behaviour and more importantly, the way we spend our money.

With so much frivolity online and the "stream" or "trend" varying by the minute it will not be long before someone latches onto this new technology and starts to manipulate the way we behave. In fact how much is it already happening.
